Megan Tobias

Hey! Welcome to Ms. Tobias' page! I am a special education teacher here at VRMS and I also coach softball and basketball. This is my first year at Villa Rica Middle School and I love it here! I grew up in Maryland, but have been in Georgia for about 6 years now. I graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2017 where I was a four year Division I lacrosse student athlete and studied Medical Sociology. I began my career in special education in 2018 at Kennesaw Mountain High School in Cobb County, where I also coached basketball and lacrosse. 

I come from a family of 5! I have two sisters and a bunch of pets. My parents still live in MD! My absolute favorite place to escape to is the beach. I love to travel and to try new things. I enjoy musicals and a good book, as well as learning! Sports are always a good topic of conversation with me because I am very competitive. I also enjoy writing in my free time and finding new music. I love adventure and spontaneity! I love iced coffee!
