Jaynie K. Jackson

About Mrs. Jackson

Though she is officially Jaynie Jackson, friends and family know her simply as Kaitlyn. As the Art Teacher at Villa Rica Middle School, she is a powerhouse of creativity, dedicated to fueling the artistic growth and supporting the imaginative journeys of every student who enters her studio.

Kaitlyn’s professional journey began in 2020, and she steps into this school year with a contagious enthusiasm for the road ahead. Her expertise is backed by an impressive academic foundation; she graduated with Honors from the University of West Georgia, earning a BFA in Art Education alongside a Minor in Philosophy. To further support her students' diverse needs, she also earned her Gifted Certification in 2024.

  • Home Base: Carroll County, living with her husband Dustin and their daughter Daisy.

  • The Pack: Two beloved dogs, Toochie and Luna.

  • The Drive: A deep devotion to God, family, and the craft of teaching.

  • Creative Outlets: When she isn't in the classroom, she is likely immersed in ceramics, tending to her vegetable and flower gardens, or pursuing her lifelong love of learning.

Kaitlyn is thrilled to continue elevating the premier Visual Arts Program, working hand-in-hand with student artists and their families to make this year a masterpiece
