About Mr. Carnes

I grew up in Carrollton. I am entering into my fourth year teaching, and my first year at VRMS. I attended Georgia Southern University and the University of West Georgia to obtain my degrees in political science and history. I teach 6th grade social studies, and I coach cross country and track.
